The Black House has been completely renovated and divided into four self contained  holiday apartments, all affording superb views across Mudeford Bay and the Solent. The four apartments are named after four nautical knots, these are:

Fishermans Knot, Boat Knot, Reef Knot and Slip Knot. Click here for more information about each apartment.

Our bookings normally go from Saturday to Saturday especially during school holidays however during off peak times we can take weekend breaks or 3/4 night stays. 

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

We require 10% of the booking value if paying by cheque or £50 per week deposit if reserving online. The final balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Parking charges : -

Hengistbury Head (for Land Rover service)

October - 31 March  £8.00 for 24 hours,  £30.00 per week

April - 30 September £12.00 for 24 hours, £30.00 per week

Mudeford Quay (for ferry)

October - 31 March £6.00 for 24 hours, £20.00 per week

April - 30 June  £9.00 for 24 hours,  £30.00 per week

July - 30 Sept £12.00 for 24 hours,  £50.00 per week
